You all might remember this email awhile back from "Emile Tobenfeld (a.k.a Dr. T)" I really love these videos and was inspired to try improvising while watching one of them. I downloaded the source file as an mp4 from youtube and added the soundtrack after recording in Sony Vegas. I liked the result and asked if I could post it. He graciously said yes even though he hadn't heard it yet. The soundtrack is guitar w/sustainor-Fuzz Factory-Bad Monkey-Dl 4 analog delay set almost to runaway feed back-DD 20. I only did one take and this is it. 9:23 is a long time to play with that much distortion and delay to keep on a leash. It was scary playing it. Thanks to Dr T for allowing me to use his video. It really set me in the right mood. But don't blame him if you don't like it. http://www.vimeo.com/2857073 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tD4tjvIUlx4 His original: http://www.youtube.com:80/watch?v=xnBHzp63E3Y&feature=channel_page best, Jeff ----- Original Message ----- From: "Emile Tobenfeld (a.k.a Dr. T)" <emile@foryourhead.com> To: <DrTVideo@egroups.com> Cc: <eyecandy@egroups.com>; <boss-improv@topica.com>; <iotacenter@egroups.com>; <Loopers-Delight@loopers-delight.com>; <atari-midi@yahoogroups.com>; <FRAMEWORKS@LISTSERV.AOL.COM> Sent: Saturday, January 10, 2009 7:14 PM Subject: (with the links this time) 3 silent videos on You Tube and call for collaboration. > Hi folks, > > Happy New Year. > > I've posted 3 new silent videos to my You Tube site.
