Thanks for the rundown on all this, Bill, fun to read about this circus. 
'Nam jokes are always welcome (why exactly they're amusing, I have no 
idea...).

That's great that Wooten ordered a Looperlative, he's one of the 
highest-profile bassists out there and could really bring some attention 
to the well-deserving Mr. Amstadt.
