Compact harmonizing device

For downscaling my rig, I'm looking for a compact harmonizing device.
I'm currently using a Digitech TSR-24S.
While the TSR-24 can do sooo much, I mostly use harmonizing, 4-tap echo
and sometimes a small amount of plate plus an 8-pole chorous.

I can live without all but the harmonizing, which I mostly use to to add
rich overtone contents or for building an artificial synthesized sound,
often with a ramp-up controlled by an envelope follower.
(kindof based on the Synth Guitar preset, for those knowing the TSR)

Any pedals or 19"-half-space devices with good harmonizing/pitch and
possibly a 4-tap echo?
The harmonizing/pitch is the most important; echos can always be had..
