Yes, it's the same as with passwords, so easy to guess names are 
vulnerable. Lot's of spammers also use defaults such as info, admin, 
webmaster etc. Other resources spammers use are search engines. For 
example, the LD archives contain all our email addresses, they are indexed 
by Google and so that is one reason why you get spam.
