It's also possible to get the small standalone unit with the 4 expression
pedal inputs, and no external switches, that's what I have.
This is called the LG4.

As the pedals can work as switches ( at toe up and 2 down ) I'm 
fairly sure that it would be possible to make up a switch box to access
two functions for each LG pedal input.
