Raul, Why aren't you combining Live and Logic with ReWire? That way you won't have to export or import any files at all and you get a more creative system with both Applications running together. Start Logic first then Live, so it will hook up as the ReWire slave to Logic, being the ReWire master. Then create as many ReWire channels you need in Logic's mixer to pipe in the channels from Live. The only drawback here is that no third-party plug-ins can be used in Live when in ReWire mode (yes, that sucks - many have complained but the Abes haven't been able to fix that yet).
