Virtual Music Festival

Just curious...

who among you would be interested to participate in a "virtual music 
festival"?

Players perform by sending an A/V stream, the audience listens/watches
via e.g. ustream.

I'd be interested in answers both from prospective performers and
people involved in the administration/organisation.
