New music from me, two guitaristic improvisations trying to keep tosome form...

Finally got around to converting this improvisation into MP3.
Using to Looper, Echoplex Digital Pro (EDP) in amp loop and KP3 as in the mixer.
Caught a guitar "thing" in the LP3 then slicing and dicing with EDP and of course some lead playing over that. I Believe i used OD channel on the HRM style Custom By Cougar amp and only Bridge pickup on the Soloway Cygnus guitar (firebird style Minihum).
Connecting "improvised" vs "composed" this is composed, however one guitar loop in KP 3 (recorded prior to pushing record) guides the improvisation, also the KP3 sets the rhythm, almost. It kind of fun to let two synchronized loops interplay and then push a drum pattern just to see what happens.. So of course it's not *free* improvisation, but trying to focus on something while throwing ideas at the "theme" is sort of challenging... and FUN
Part 1 is mostly layered guitar then towards the end i play with BPM on the KP3 which results in pitch shift which goes down one octave, so in part 2 the guitar loop is a bass loop, FUN ..... Part one has some "drum" stuff from the KP3 both parts use the loop and sample of KP3 in mixed fashion.
Go to
www.soundclick.com/andersbergdahl and part 1 should start playing followed by part 2 or go direct to prefered part..
Part 2 is more experimental with strange sounds fr om the loopers as well as whacky tapping bend stuff... Very fun to play.. please comment on the LISTNING aspect of it.
