Anybody order the preproduction Boomerang 3?

Has anybody ordered the preproduction 'rang 3? Any problems communicating 
with the company?

I put myself on the waiting list a few weeks ago, notwithstanding a 
concern 
that it was taking them several days to answer any e-mail I sent them, 
except for 1.

I sent my last e-mail 6 days ago with no reply as of yet. I can't help but 
think, at this point that if it's so hard to get an answer when I want to 
give them my money, how hard will it be if I have a question or problem?

In the 'Rang 2 days, they would reply quickly, which gave me some 
peace-of-mind about the company.

Anybody have any experience with this? I do think it's appropriate for me 
to 
be concerned.
