OT: clock plugin for mac

does anybody know of an onscreen big clock vst/au version for macs?

i could live with a regular clock, not counting bars, beats, etc ... just time in minutes, seconds... syncing with the host, would be a plus, although i think this should be a default behavior. 

the host daw i'm using have small digits.

i know this could be done in mainstage, which i have, but i plan not to use it this time.

if not, do you know some web resource where to find a smart but with big digital numbers clock?
