Anyway to recover erase file from Compact flash?

I just got the Jamman and test it with the Kodak compact flash that contains 65 loops of beats

After I test it I just realize that I may erase 1-3 channel (4-65 still got it) I'm quite sure I didn't press erase... just undo... anyway,

How can I get it back?

I tried to contact the seller (www.recoveryclass.com)
but haven't got the answer yet.
