And that would put the line where? Standalone loopers are time lag
accumulators and Echoplex Tape Delays, computer-based loopers is
everything else? - so generally, I would assume that everyone at the
festival was computer based... ;)
(I would be willing to accept digitech's pds/rds devices into the
standalone category, but that's about it).

Embrace the fact: almost everything you're using today to process
signals (with the exception of most distortion pedals) is
computer-based.
