does this effect ezist

Howdy,
 Boy, I don't know. I've got hours of jams where I 'held' a phrase and we 
played over it and it sounded great. This was WAY before 24bit/96khz. But 
back in the analog days it was great. I STILL do it. but I'm a retro kind 
of guy. Just my$.002
