Rainer thanks for the correction but I thought 1700 was 1pm EST, hence 1600 would be noon, hence 1545 for 11:45 EST no?  Let me do it this way...

Chinapainting live this AM on uStream.tv Sunday Morning at 11 http://www.ustream.tv/channel/sunday-morning-at-11  Please note due to scheduling need my series is starting 45 min later than usual, times and zones are next.

8:45 am PST, 9:45 am MST, 10:45 am CST, 11:45 am EST, 4:45 pm UK, 5:45 pm Continental Europe, 12:45 am Japan.

In that I'm confused re UTC please double check me at http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock for times in your area.

sorry to chime in here, but according to e.g. timeanddate.com
(http://fwd4.me/4PP), 11:45 New York (EST) corresponds to 16:45 UTC
(during winter equal to GB time), not as you said 15:45.
Btw, this is also what Stephen Moyes told me.
