The AdrenaLinns are relatively small and they contain a drum machine.   
They're certainly 
smaller than any drum machine I've owned.  The M-Audio Black Box which is 
based on the
AdreneLinn is also fairly small, though bigger than the original 
AdreneLinn.  They have no pads
so you have to program it with a computer.
