Re: korg monotron



You may wish to take a look at the Korg monotribe, which has just been 
announced.
It's based on similar concepts as monotrone, but is much more advanced 
with things like
drums and step sequencer. Quite obviously the price will also be more 
advanced;-)
It somehow addresses the problem with ribbon controller you've mentioned 
by offering chromatic mode.
