The rane SM-26 is a well made item, I used one for years. last year
I bought a custom made splitter box from Loopmaster, an on-line site
that does many different kinds of custom loop selectors and routing
boxes. mine is a simple one in two out tiny box, but well made with
good components, and does not add noise or coloration that I can
hear. but you could have any configuration made that you want. The
radial JD-7 is incredible and incredibly pricey too, perhaps overkill
for what you need.
