Bill, I have not used a TimeFactor.

Quick feature-by-feature comparison, seems like the TimeFactor has more 
I/O nuance, and the TimeLine has an effects loop insert when used in mono 
mode. Other than that, they appear almost identical. Looking forward to 
seeing some direct comparisons from folks in the know :)
