I totally understand it too!  And I don't think I'd have luck finding that email myself, or have the patience to do so if I were fed up with all the emails.  Plus, most other list-servs have links in each email that you click to unsubscribe automatically (maybe LD should consider this?)

 

Nonetheless, I saw Rainer's statement "this has to be by far the most dumb version" as a challenge that I'd enjoy winning.  Hope I didn't offend anyone!
