I hear you Richard,is a wonderful hight fasting,its amazing how much
free time one all of the sudden has,you realize how much time
preparing cooking and cleaning takes,not to mention the energy your
body constantly needs to digest,a definetly spiritual experience
and you have more time to loop as well:-)
i fast every year around springtime 7 days,starting to let go with
fruits,then soups and after the third day it was water from boiled
vegetables only
but last year i got a bit dizzy while at work so that was the last
time for me with only water.
I will be juicing this year,it should get me high as well;-)
