Bidule has a vst that that can be hosted by Reaper. Reaper has it's own Reaninjam plug in. Never tried that myself as I am a hardware guy and just feed Reaper a send off of my mixer.
http://www.reaper.fm/ otherwise perhaps Virtual Audio cables could connect Bidule and the Ninjam client??
