She's using TWO iPads — the iPad on her right is being used to produce the "organ sounds" (you can see her "playing" it) while the one on the left appears to be using some kind of controller type of software (I don't use any of that, so I'm not sure which ones they would be…but you can see her "triggering" things with it)—maybe some kind of Monome type of app?
