Yep, it's just one button press. It's a shortpress 8th Quantised SUSMult. It's more footwork if you want to save the loop rather than destroy it permanently. It's not the same as the Mobius version because that will half a loop, and on EDP always produces a half cycle. andy mark francombe wrote:
Well in theory at least... the alternate endings on EDP are quite normal practice actually Rick, the fact that every parameter, all seven of them has seven different ways to close the function (of course not all do much) is very powerful. Its STILL not quite the same as the divide on Mobius though is it Andy? the 2 step shuffle is always going to be a hang-up here, the one foot press for this function is kind of necessary...Put it this way... the thing I want in a looper is not on EDP ...OK? but its always nice to try out a new Butler suggestion! On Mon, Mar 26, 2012 at 11:26 PM, Rick Walker <looppool@cruzio.com <mailto:looppool@cruzio.com>> wrote:On 3/25/12 11:28 PM, andy butler wrote:and lo, the loop divideth with precision to a lengthof half it's original length.another beautiful sermon-miniature from Loop Pastor, Andy Butler.
