i like the way you look at it. It just seems like much more of a challenge 
lol to let good things grab a hold of you more than bad things

Sometimes, as performers, we allow negative criticism to penetrate  
deeply into the psyche however are not as open to praise.

We must be as open to praise as we are to criticism.  When you recieve  
applause and compliments, allow it sink in.
