that's so weird. i never have that problem. one thing you could do is just make a tumbler account and have people subscribe to it through their email, that way you post once and it goes directly to their email box, could be more efficient for you anyway… Tumblr, wordpress, posterous, anything. You can make them all private. so sorry you're having problems. It's easily rectifiable though.
