Per, I wish you could have explained it on my video so eloquently. While 
learning the differences over time when you layer your instrument, play it 
back in different directions, speeds, with or without effects, I 
completely agree that your instrument becomes a limitless source of 
untapped beauty :) With looping you also don't have to worry about your 
drunk drummer showing up to rehearsal late!
