o suggestions:1- write a mission statement for yourself and before taking on any new project, determine how that project or activity will contribute to your mission. If it does not contribute, don't do it.
2- organize your time and adopt a project management approach to your artistic practice (read the book Making ideas happen if you know nothing about project management). This stuff works to build bridges, it also works for photos and songs...
Stick with it, there are no secrets, just work.
