Basically what I'm trying to do is Use FL Studio to host all of my sounds. The audio will be routed from an FL into mobius for looping and then back out through FL Studio in separate mixer channels. I've already figured out how to do the audio routing, however I want mobius to also loop back around to control the tempo of FL Studio so that I can do various post-loop FX that are tempo based and also be able to record midi tracks in fl studio so the can be quantized and synced with Mobius

Well that settles it...  You'll need to get a host for fruity and mobius.  Have a look at bidule, you'll be able to host the vst FL or use its rewire mode.
