That's possible on your EDPs.

Either by sysex (not really recommended, but makes the other option look 
easy),

or by getting Gordius to do the sequence of finger 
presses that you need.

Longpress is accomplished with a Gordius delay in the message stream.
(so it's not instantaneous...but then changing 8th cycle only ever happens
at loop end anyway)
