EQ and pan...you tried.
Maybe re-visit eq. With guitars I found that if you pick out the attack
for each track at different frequencies it helps
them to coexist.
i.e. boost at 2k, 3K, 5K rather than all at the same place.

maybe try playing more staccato.

Don't know if this is this case with your playing, but I notice these days it's uncommon that guitarists damp the sound to silence between notes.
It's those little silences which the mix needs to breath.
