TC Ditto Looper 2? Doesn't have tons of features, but does have (I think) 
reverse and half speed. Unlimited overdubs. It's certainly small/pedal 
board friendly.

Btw, were you asking about looping pedals only, or other kinds of pedals 
as well? If so, anything else in particular?
