also, Kunaki is more than a CD manufacturer - once they can reproduce your
CD, your listeners can order CDs directly from them, they have a simple
online shop. They also used to link to Amazon et. al. so you could sell 
your
CDs via Amazon but the last time I dealt with them, that was not available
for some technical reason - dunno if it works now.

This is how it looks, you can link to that page from Bandcamp and that's 
all
you have to do. (Of course you set the price for the CDs.)
