RE: A long time away

Glad to hear it is improved. Mine would randomly play blasts of noise and other sections of the loop I think. Unusable for live performance. I hope he keeps at it.

I have set my EDP and Repeater back up after a few years and am very glad I did. Wonderful stuff. Currently just an acoustic guitar w dual piezo/mic. Lights off, headphones on, let the journey begin.

I have an LP1. With the current software, it’s not very buggy. I used it every day for years, including live performance. It never let me down on stage.

He’s working on a software and hardware upgrade. But he works very, VERY, slowly.

I had one. Was buggy unfortunately. The EH TimeFactor is a fantastic looper w tape style pitch shift and many other features.

Hi Bill,

thanks for the update, it's great to hear the community is still active.  As a general question, can you (or anyone) tell me why the original Looperlative LP-1 was retired?  The LP-1 is such an amazing tool, I was sure it was going to hit the big time...what happened?

Hi Dennis though there isnt as much traffic on this site like there , there is a lot going on, many LD folks have also gravitated to the Loopers Delight and Live Looping Facebook groups as its easier to share music clips and the dialogue can be a lot more immediate

Anyway, after a few years doing other musical stuff (and moving to WA state) I'm back into looping with my LP-1.  Just wondering if there's still people on this list doing cool stuff?

Thanks,
Dennis
