When MuteMode=Start, a second press of the Mute button will always restart the current loop at the beginning. This is probably the most useful setting for solo playing.
When MuteMode=Start, the end of the Mute is affected by the setting of Quantize. If Quantize=On, then sound won’t restart until the end of the current cycle.--On Fri, Jan 26, 2018 at 11:33 PM, Michael Rivard <email@example.com> wrote:Hi there,Been on the list for awhile but this is my first time sending out to the hive mind, and pardon my ignorance in the following matter:I used to have an old Lexicon JamMan which i swapped out for a Gibson reissue of the EDP, which was was a good move. But one thing that the JamMan could do that I haven't been able to figure out with the EDP is you could sample a note or phrase and then play it back from the beginning without running through the whole loop.I don't have the manual at the moment and am about to do a gig and wondering if anyone out there could give me a quick and dirty tutorial on how to get the EDP to do that? I know it has something to do with Mute mode, but right now it mutes the loop and then starts it from the same point, not the beginning. Thanks!Mike
