This is a very nicely put together site, an old friend and fellow musician turned me on to you. I enjoyed the fact that you included a 'history of' section. It is very important to know how this form of composition has developed over the last half century. I began in the traditional manner, using tape recorders to cut up and re-arrange distorted draw organ and frequency generator clips. During the 1970s I began using commercially available synthesizers, mostly by Roland, ARP, Moog and Korg. Presently I use virtual synths for recording and a variety of live looping techniques including cassette, digital delay, and CD loads into Acid on the laptop. Occasionaly I add live guitar to this mix. I perform somewhat irreguarly but often in the Toronto, Canada, area with PsychoSomatic Climax Machine and A Pretty Sonic Splatter. The Devil In The Design also has played live, but is mostly the laboratory for dark experiments.....hmmmmmmmm. The League of Imaginations is my newest collaborative project with Scott Johnson (Lonely Flight)
