Steve Sullivan, an artist who utilizes Guitar Synthesis and looping technology to create 'tension/release ambient textures'. Steve is presently working with singer/writer/producer Percy Howard in his personal and Meridiem projects. Steve's past is shared with Percy Howard as founding members of NUS. A sound well immature yet with purpose, NUS output consists of two CDs produced by Bill Laswell, and two live CDs. The intent of Steve Sullivan's musical voice is to translate the consistent drone which resides slightly over head into audio form via his body's filter. This intimacy is only shared and collaborated with those who share a personal commitment based on unarguable authenticity.
