Well, Cycling74 says Radial is a "Loop-based Performance Tool".  
That's the wording I hear from jhno as well. "A looper" has to catch  
live audio to loop. Right?

Or should we count that in as well? If we do that many kind of midi  
arpeggiators should also be listed.
