My input goes into channel one of Ableton Live,

then I have three effects returns which I can send to.

two effects returns have plug-ins on them, the third sends out to an orville, and comes back on a 2nd audio channel. 

With sends and returns, and midicontrollers, I can route anywhere in real time.
