This is true, because Music is not a language. But also true is: a story
doesn't need a language to be told. To be honest, I never met anybody
'till now who could tell me what music is about. But I can feel it
pretty clearly.
There is no myth about words or stories, but music remains a myth to me.
I don't know anything about music, I just do it, it just is.
And there is no contradiction to the notion of story telling. Music
might, or might not tell a story, if you don't tell a story, your
listener might still hear and see one - or the other way round.
With music there is even no need to escape anything - it might be the
closest normal people can get to enlightenment, just by listening to
music...
And music can tell several stories at the same time. If I see a
performer, I can also see a story about music making, which is not the
music itself...
