I haven't had a chance to fully exercise it yet. It is a nicely built unit. The modification of the "Bonus" buttons/pedals seems a little squirrely but not too bad.
I am trying to manage the input levels currently. The unit seems to be not too fussy but the signals I have been throwing at it were weak. I want to gradually increase the input to get a stronger signal but not overload the 'Rang. More as I use the unit....
Question, though---what are folks running the outputs of their loopers into for live performance/rehearsal? I am still awaiting a Mackie mixer I ordered (that is way backordered) so I have to temporarily run the output into an older Tascam 428 usb interface. Then the line outs are then run into my Alesis power amp then into a pair of Peavy 10 inch PA speakers. Cheap but fine for home use.
One issue I run into when traveling and wanting to loop out of my home base is what to run my looper into so I can play/jam. Recently, I have been thinking about one of the Roland Cube amps. Any thoughts on the subject?

this is my newb post, having lurked for a wee while and dabbled in looping with an RC20-XL (now sold: good riddance to bad tone-suck) over the last few years.
I'm wondering how those who've bought the new Rang are getting on with it now the honeymoon period is over...
And also, how well does the master loop function work for putting down a beat? I watched the guy on youtube who does the whole band thing and the sound quality is impresive but his beat is terribly dull and lacking in groove/swing....Is it possible/easy to get a good swinging groove going over a bar or two as your master loop and build something that grinds nicely from there? I imagine it must be but wanted to check before I spring for a 'rang as I'm a song-based live street performer and a good groove is utterly essential to my performance.
