I've enjoyed his renderings of the Aaron Copeland stuff with Don Byron and crew. More of a chamber sort of thing. But as soon as he plopped out a few "heavy" blues tunes I smelled trouble with a capital T. Now this country rocking chair thing (like that description a lot) is really killing me...
