I think that if you actually met the people involved in Electrix, you'd
have a very different opinion. We are a small group of artists, engineers
and musicians (of various genres: techno, funk, experimental, rock, etc)
who
are doing our best to enhance the creative process by designing tools that
inspire us (and hopefully others). Of course, there are many levels to an
organization, and the money aspect plays a part in many of them, I won't
deny that, but it certainly isn't the primary factor behind what we're
about.
