Try looking at a TM-1 by Atlas Sound.  TM = Twin Mount.  It's a bar shaped
thing.  You screw the center onto a mic stand and you can screw two mics 
(or
goosenecks and the like) onto each end.  The two mics are separated by 
about
8.75".
