OT: Controllers for VST

Anyone here using Doepfer or other low cost controllers inside of Cubase? I
need to automate a bunch of panning and volumes 2 channels at a time and I
would like to avoid spending money on an O1V, Motormix, or the Houston- all
I need are a few knobs- 4Control? Others? Thanks- (I'm PC based...) Cliff
