Yeah, the Musician's Friend company pretty much sucks ass. I've had numerous issues with them and avoid them like the plague. The only thing there's sometimes good for is getting a local retailer to match or beat their usually not all that great price. Talking to their people on the phone is like talking to my cat. They seem interested, but nothing really happens.
