This is a matter of Great Concern to me -- all my stuff comes
out on CD-R and I'd love to find out some more information
so I can avoid the bad brands.

I'm not going to randomly buy a "more expensive" CD-R without
some sort of verification that I'm getting something for my
money -- I did a quick web search that didn't get anything
too clear -- any hints...!??!
