Programming Help Still Needed!!!

Ok, I thought I was cool but when I tried it out the loop played for the
first cycle and then stopped.
So maybe I need the velocity although I have not figured that out.
So help is still needed.

I'm posting all this in real time as it goes down so that if I can't figure
it out hopefully someone can save me before my gig.
