Another EDP functionality question

Is there a way to quantize the overdub function?

I have a button on my foot pedal programmed to always
to a SUSoverdub and I keep thinking it would be cool if
there were a way to quantize this in order to do the
Lafosse style quantized glitches but add the glitching
to an existing loop as opposed to replacing or substituting
into the loop.
