Don't forget that Linux emulation of the Echoplex Digital Pro, called Sooperlooper. 
 
 
Still trying to get a machine together to try this thing out.  Unfortunately, it is modeled on LoopIII, not LoopIV.  Still, an invaluble tool for some, perhaps. 
 
Maybe someday an Echoplex Digital Pro II will come as bytes on a CD-ROM, support multi-channel intput/output and VSTi, DXi, AudioUnit,  blah blah blah.  Somebody get to writin'!  Woohoo.
