I liked my first Echo Indigo PCMCIA card so much 
I bought a second.  Highly recommended, particularly 
for the drivers, which provide 4 virtual stereo outputs
with a mixer, so different apps can have their own outputs.
Latency is terrific, I can get under 2 milliseconds.
